Delta over upstream 0.1.51: rebrand (bundle id com.qwenlm.opencomputeruse,
npm scope @qwen-code), OPEN_COMPUTER_USE_IMAGE_* screenshot env overrides,
Codex-specific install/RE material removed, scoped-package release tooling fix.
