Evaluate RevoGrid for displaying large datasets as alternative to Tabulator

Tabulator peaks at 100K rows and required pagination added in #60.

It should be possible to incrementally load millions of rows into modern grid web components without degrading table data view and scrolling performance or pagination.

Will evaluate if RevoGrid can do it without pagination on larger datasets, and provide it as a an alternative tabular.data.grid config option.

While it provides the features we need for our advanced table view, building alternative RevoGrid view using a library that is no longer actively maintained or improved is suboptimal.

We'll add alt. Perspective View instead (#65)
