Not working on CE2.1.9

Confirmed that it is installed/enabled and seeing the "add_directives" line has been added to the config correctly, but still the issue persists!

Can anyone confirm this fix is still working on CE2.1.9? I have also tested on CE2.1.11 and still seeing the bug.

I have researched and found many threads describing my issue and all point back to this fix and everyone is happy! Why does it not work for me? Only difference I see is all those threads are quite old and using older versions of magento than I am.

AFAIK you should not need this package on Magento 2.1.8 and above, as it has been fixed in this PR: magento/magento2#10131

Perhaps your problem lies elsewhere.
