Errors reported by lintian for the DEB package

Hi,

Debian package verification tool lintian [1] reports a number of errors in the DEB package of vscodium (see below). The package also installs a SUID binary chrome-sandbox, which I believe is not necessary [2] with reasonably recent linux kernels. For example, Debian puts the SUID binary of chromium-sandbox into a separate optional package.

Please consider fixing these issues.
