Dota 2 crashed when playin Morphling (Morph) with Fluid Frenzy set

Hello.

I have a problem with Dota 2 after I got the Morphling new set Fluid Frenzy. Every time in 100% of matches onces I play Morph the game closes without any error.
Usign tests in ranked games and console logs I found the the problem item is Fluid frenzy - Head. If change it to a different one (Set of Tears) the game doesn't close.

I have checked with Gemini AI everything (cache,settings, PC setting, network, reinstall OS and Steam, Defender) and we found in logs of the game, that the problem in this set. Below you can find details:

The game consistently crashes to the desktop immediately after the match ends (at the Post-Game screen) or when clicking the "Disconnect" button while playing Morphling. This issue occurs specifically when using the Fluid Frenzy collector's cache set or Triton's Revenge items.

Technical details from console logs:
Error: [Particles] WARNING: Particle system ... was not precached correctly. Performing blocking load...

Error: [ResourceSystem] Failed loading resource (ERROR_FILEOPEN: File not found) for panorama images.

Symptom: Excessive frame time (300ms+) followed by a memory overflow/access violation when switching from DOTA_GAME_UI_DOTA_INGAME to DOTA_GAME_UI_STATE_DASHBOARD.

System Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 Super
OS: Windows 11 (HAGS Disabled, High Priority)

The crash seems to be related to the Panorama UI failing to unload or display custom particle effects and high-fidelity textures of the Morphling sets during the transition to the main menu.

Please help me to resolve this issue. I have strong Pc for this game and cannnot finish correctly matches due to this issue.
