Now that Playground is a WordPress.org team, let's kick it off. Here's what needed for that:

Invite @brandonpayton and @bgrgicak to https://make.wordpress.org/playground/
Slack meeting on #meta-playground #526
Post the meeting time at https://make.wordpress.org/playground/
Once there's a meeting, add the Playground team to https://make.wordpress.org/ and include the meeting cadence (via https://make.wordpress.org/wp-admin/post.php?post=4722&action=edit)
