Why the version of MCP client must be upgraded when MCP server's version has been upgraded ???

I created the MCP server with version 1.0.0 and streamable-http, then I changed the code of MCP server and upgraded the version to 1.0.1. If I didn't upgrade the related version in MCP client side, the connection would be broken. I have to upgrade the version on both side in once.

I used Nacos 3.1.1 for auto-register
