How to update an already installed al-folio

I have already al-folio running in my own repository (however with some issues, but that's probably matter for a separate discussion). I'd like to update it to the latest release (https://github.com/alshedivat/al-folio/releases). Since I haven't managed to run it locally, what is the recommended way to reinstall / update to a new release?

Solved, I somehow missed the last section of the INSTALL.md, which contains all the needed information.
