How to change the background?

Hello! I would like to not to have the automatic background color, how can I set up a color for light mode and other for dark more?

For the light theme:

al-folio/_sass/_themes.scss

Line 9 in f68e88c

--global-bg-color: #{$white-color};

for the dark theme:

al-folio/_sass/_themes.scss

Line 81 in f68e88c

--global-bg-color: #{$grey-color-dark};

while these colors (e.g. $white-color) are defined in _sass/_variables.scss.
