Tagging not working without multiple

Tried to add tagging to ui-select directive and i can't add a simple string if they are not in the initial options.

Version of Angular, UI-Select, and Bootstrap/Select2/Selectize CSS

Angular: v1.5.6

UI-Select: 0.19.3

Bootstrap/Select2/Selectize CSS (if applicable): selectize

It used to work with previous versions, what happened?

Just for cross-reference, it looks like this is more or less the same issue as in #1173, #983 and #890.

The current workarounds seems to be:

• Using a comma instead of Enter to validate the new input, or
• Using tagging-label="false".
