Extensions not updating by once #2236

Steps to reproduce
1.Open Aniyomi
2.Manga extensions
3.Update extensions
4.Need to update several times to update or reinstall
Expected behavior
Updates should have happened at once
Actual behavior
Extentions are not updating and have to do several times to succeed

No crashes

0.18.1.2
Android version

Sometimes while visiting extension aniyomi crashes
Guess it's from any load
Every permission is granted: notifications .install Unknown apps
Although it can be fixed using external extensions but please fix the bug
