Adding more details about the dynamodb table

Recently I was facing issues while working with DynamoDB. I was charged 3 times extra just because it was never mentioned in CLI. The dynamoDB I was using is in provisioned state instead of OnDemand. And I never thought of that. :(

So, I request devs to please give a though to add more options to let the user chose which mode they want to continue. Thanks
