"Add a step" input is still active after a card is marked as Done

When a card is marked "Done" is looks like most fields become read-only, but the Add a step input still accepts text. You can't mark the checkbox however, so this feels like it should be disabled like the other inputs.

It seems like it could be wrapped in a

# _steps.html.erb
<% unless card.closed? %>
  <li id="<%= dom_id(card, :new_step) %>" class="step">
   ...
 <% end %>
