Feature request: the ability from the code to back up the system. #3750
Description
Is this a feature relevant to companion itself, and not a specific module?
- I believe this to be a feature for companion, and is not specific to a module
Is there an existing issue for this?

Describe the feature
It would be good to have the ability to initiate a Companion backup from the code as well as the automatic backup based on time and day. As an example, you could start the system backup on shutting down the system, thus ensuring any code changes made during the system being up are captured. It would be an internal call, similar to Write to Companion Log.
