We’re encountering a “Failed to process video” error when querying the job status for uploaded videos.
Here’s an example of the error response:
Below are some of the job IDs associated with failed uploads using the upload-video endpoint:
Could someone help us identify the potential causes of this error and advise on how we might resolve it?
Note: The same video files upload and publish successfully when submitted directly via the Bluesky website.
