Adds comprehensive PCH tests for all CheckedC types

This should address all the types we need to test:

• ptrs
• array_ptrs
• checked arrays
• function pointers

Adding to the tests of functions, global variables with bounds expressions, and structs with member bounds.

Closes #106.

References #105 (not closing, given the struct member tests cannot yet fail)
