MOD Creation:

I would like to propose that we create MODs for the CityCoins Discord chat. Here is a first-round proposal:

Create two levels of MODs

1. Super MODs who are first-level MODs will have full permissions.

• I suggest we have these MODs comprise of Community Leads (@whoabuddy @patrickwstanley @Jamil ?)

2. Second-level MODs who are the front line communications' moderators

• Create MODs from around the US time Zones (2 from each time zone?)
• Create a couple of MODs from other parts of the world for off-hours

Proposal of guidelines for moderation:

1. Communication and discussion of ideas and projects should at all times be fiercely protected.
2. At no time should discussion cross over into personal ad hominems or attacks
3. Individuals spamming all channels with the same post will be warned to only post their question once without spamming

Proposal of Escalating Actions:

1. Anyone breaking the prior three will be warned gently publicly (all see in the open what is inappropriate)
2. After being warned publicly, should a person continue, they will be warned privately with the added threat of dismissal.
3. Any dismissal by a second level moderator can be appealed to any first-level moderator
4. Any determination by a first-level moderator can be appealed and voted on by all the moderators - their decision is final.
