Can the planning agent go full "grill mode"?

Saw this recently, other than "caveman" and "write a skill" and standard PRDs, it has grill-me and grill-with-docs as its own ADR format. And they tend to throw in more questions that what Prometheus does as a standard. Are there ways to make the questioning more complete (with progressive disclosure when plan is executed + decisions sorted by topic)? https://github.com/mattpocock/skills
