Certain characters are not rendered properly (due to node-canvas limitation)
Text rendering is slightly different from browser (due to node-canvas specifics)
Text offsets could be wrong for center/right -aligned text (due to node-canvas bug)
Image given has not completed loading (due to node-canvas bug)
