Changing build variants of the Commons android project

This page contains the instructions for changing the build variants of the Commons project in Android Studio. Information regrading different build variants of the Commons project can be found here

Step 1: Go to Build on the toolbar

Step 2: Click on Select Build Variant

Step 3: Select prodDebug from the list for prod flavour and build the project

Troubleshooting

In case the option Select Build Variant is disabled in the Build menu like the below attached image, you can change the build variant by following the steps shown in the images below.
