Coqui XTTS-v2 Commercial License Clarification

I’m working on a project using the Urdu fine-tuned XTTS-v2 model for commercial purposes. The CPML requires a separate license for commercial use. A 2023 Coqui post mentioned $365/year for companies with under $1M revenue/funding, but Coqui shut down in January 2024. Can anyone confirm:
Current cost and process for a commercial license?
Who manages licensing now?
Does the license include fine-tuned models (e.g., Urdu)?
Any updates on switching to a permissive license (e.g., Apache 2.0/MIT)?
Any insights or resources would help. Thanks!

You can only use XTTS under the CPML now, there is no one to sell a commercial license anymore.

What does this mean? Since company is closed, there is no one we can pay so that we can use it commercially?

Correct, there is no way of obtaining a commercial license.

Sure, you can keep using it within the CPML terms, i.e. for non-commercial purposes.
