Some test cases in FIT's
QueryIndexManagerMissingRoleTestare failing for some server versions. We already have some handling for authentication failure in some operations based on the error message.The 13014 code denotes lack of sufficient permissions and seems to always be returned when that is the case. Adding it to
extract_common_query_error_codeto ensure it's handled for all query operations.
