Feature Request: Make matrix blocks "copy-able" for read-only sections.

I would love to create some blueprints for my client. Therefore I have created a section "blueprints" with a matrix field which I populated with some blocks. I don't want my client to be able to have write access to this section, so I only added read permission to its user group.

But this removes the ability to copy the matrix blocks.

Would be great to be able to copy these elements.
