UX Improvement request for adding Asset Subfolder

We manage several Craft CMS sites and many of the team members or clients love how intuitive the UX is but are always coming back asking the same single question; "How do I add a new Asset folder". After showing them to click on the home icon and then add a new one I always get the same reaction as "Oh, that's so weird. I would have never guessed that".

Would we be able to adjust this UX? I know in pervious Craft versions there was a "new folder" button. Could we bring that back by chance? Below I have a quick visual example of what I mean
