Show all tags in the relevant control panel column

When you display a tag column in the control panel entries / user list, it only shows one tag (presumably the first). It would be great it instead it showed all tags

It's the same for categories. On some projects, tags and categories are crucial information and seeing them in the entries listing helps editors having an good overview of their content.

On a UI point of view, this might indeed get problematic depending on space available but admins would still be able to hide columns with less important information.
