Limit possible file extensions/MIME types for Asset fields

It's possible to limit Asset fields to file types, but it would be sweet to also be able to define limits on MIME types and/or file extensions, as well.

I have come across this problem a few times as well. Specifically with image types, on occasion I would like to restrict to just SVG, but it falls under the broad banner of Image.
