Build not reproducible

Hi everyone,

I'm having an issue with cross-compilation. I can't get the same build output on two different machines. The hashes differ. I'm using the aarch64-unknown-linux-gnu target. I don't use Cross.toml, only Cargo.toml, and my build command is : cross build --target aarch64-unknown-linux-gnu --release. I don't have specific configuration.

Cross (and cargo) is not setup for reproducible builds, but in general it should be able to work. But, it's not a goal of cross to support out of the box.

Are you sure you're using the same toolchain? versions matter.
