Once we have #616, we should write a script to automatically migrate all the scope types that are currently implemented using our pattern language. I think https://github.com/unjs/magicast or https://github.com/facebook/jscodeshift both look like they could work. Seems they might be able to be combined, but not sure that makes sense
