Maxim Odegov edited this page Mar 11, 2018 · 2 revisions

The cyber•Fund ICO Radar is a public web-interface for an open-source database called Chaingear. This database contains a lot of information about blockchain projects and filled mostly by blockchain projects teams which want to tell about their projects. Here you can see a guide describing how to create an application for listing in Chaingear.

Step 0 - open Chaingear-form

Although there are several other options, such as manually creating a pull request to Chaingear repo, the easiest way to create an application to listing is fill the form placed here.

Step 1 - Blockchain

The first page of the form contains fields for describing most common information about a project, such as a project name, its headline and so on. Please, note, that all of the fields except for Tokensale and Project state is required

  • Project name - the name of a project, for example, Raiden Network
  • Headline - project headline. It should not be more than 50 symbols long
  • Short description - should contain a short text describing the most important features of a project. We don't limit a length of this text, but it will be more appropriate for readers if this text will not be more than 3 paragraphs long or less than 1 paragraph long
  • Tokensale - select yes if the described project runs/ ran/plans to run a token sale. Otherwise, select no. In the latter case, we will hide form pages related to a token sale and after submitting Blockchain page you will move to the Tokens page
  • Project state - describes information about the stage of a project. This field can contain three types of values, which is described in the dropped list
  • Dependency - should contain information about blockchain used to issue a token. If the project has multiple tokens, select dependency for token used in the token sale

Step 2 - Tokensale Phase description

This page contains fields for describing token sale phases.

  • Phase name - describes the name of a phase. Examples: Pre-sale, Main sale, Main sale phase 1. This field is required
  • Phase status - describes if described phase started, finished or planned. This field is required
  • Application for tokensale participation - fields related to this block describe information about registration for token sale participation. You can skip this fields if you have not this information
  • Tokensale terms - fields related to this block describe information about token sale start and end dates, amount of issued tokens and so on. Tokensale start and end date fields are required, other fields in this block are optional ** Cap limit - describes the goal of raising funds, to achieve which the sale of tokens is completed. In order to fill this field, first, select a currency in which cap limit is specified and then write an amount ** Raised funds - this fields describe a number of funds raised during a token sale. You can fill only one of this fields or all of them
  • Bonuses - these fields describe bonuses introduced by token sale creators. You can describe an amount of bonus in arbitrary form (for example, "20%" or "20% off"). Note that you should fill both fields to submit a bonus description
  • Crowdsale wallets - these fields describe wallets in which funds are collected. Example: address - 0xC257274276a4E539741Ca11b590B9447B26A8051, currency - ETH. Note that you should fill both fields to submit a wallet description
  • Crowdsale contracts - we will ask you to fill this field only if you select Ethereum as a dependency for described project. Also, note that unlike other multiple-values fields on this page, the second field (Contract type) is optional After submitting a phase, the form will ask you do you want to describe another token sale page. Note that if you will decide to describe another phase after moving on next pages, you can return to Tokensale Phase description, select last phase in tabs panel:

and describe new phase here

Step 3 - Tokensale

This page contains fields for describing information related to a whole token sale

  • Sales agreement and sales website - both fields should contain valid URLs, such as https://github.com (or http://github.com)
  • Total token supply - the total amount of tokens
  • Token distribution - describes how token sale tokens will be distributed. Note that the first field should contain only numeric values (50, not 50%)
  • Use of proceeds - describes how funds raised during the token sale will be used by project creators. Like in the previous case, the first field should contain only numeric values

Step 4 - Tokens

This page contains fields for describing information related to tokens used by described blockchain project. In each tab only the first four fields are required. Like on Tokensale Phase description page, if you will decide to describe another token after moving on next pages, you can return to Token page, select last token in tabs panel:

and describe new token here

Step 5 - Applications

This page contains fields for describing information related to described project applications. By default, the form will not show fields for describing an application, as not all blockchain projects have applications. But if you have relevant information, you can switch button to yes and describe an application

Step 6 - Roadmap

This page contains fields for describing information related to project development plan. This form is optional and you can skip it if you don't have such information, but if you want to describe a milestone, you should fill all three fields

Step 7 - Links

This page contains fields for links to the project website, whitepaper and social networks profiles. Note that you can enter link to Bitbucket pr Gitlub to the Github field

Step 8 - Submit

This is the last page of the form. In order to send an application, you should first fill the Contact email field. We will use this address to inform you about a decision on your application and it will not be publicly available. If you want to change some information, entered earlies, you can press to Return to form button. Otherwise, switch below button to "Checked" and press to Commit changes button.

If the form will show you an error, please, create an issue in this repository or write us to this email: [email protected] and we will try to resolve a problem as soon as possible
