Where's the best place to ask support related questions?

these are the main areas where I am getting stuck, any help is appreciated!

• it doesn't seem like I can save my "following" list. Every time I go into the app, I have to re-follow profiles.
• I thought I sent a private DM but don't see a record of it in the message area, do you have to take an additional step to get verified and access features like DMs?
• what are relays?
