Document that multiple main methods are supported, and they're executed in (transitive) order, as required by HTML5 and HTML import specs.

The main method situation has changed (and might still be changing). It still needs to be documented.


Removed Type-Enhancement, Area-Documentation labels.
Added Type-Documentation, Area-Pkg, Pkg-Polymer, Docs-API, Docs-Tutorials labels.

docs are up to date with how things work today. Once the semantics change again on this front we can open a new bug for it.


Added AssumedStale label.
