What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Load any project. Larger projects produce more errors in the Editor "Problems" view.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Errors include:
"duplicate top-level definition 'UnsupportedOperationException'"
"Native classes must not extend other classes"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Linux64 #4918

Please provide any additional information below.
"Tools->Generate Javascript" generates clean running javascript.

Forgot to add, those "525" errors were when I loaded a larger project, probably representing 1 error per class.

Please provide more information in the form of a scaled down example that contains warnings that you did not expect. Thanks.

Editor build #4918 is one of those builds when we were in the midst of transitioning from libraries view to files view. Please try it in the latest build and let us know id you still see these issues.
