This is a meta-bug for the many timeouts on the mac buildbot slave, running chrome on dart2js output.
There are failures in async tests, html tests, and others, due to the tests hanging. The frequency of these failures has increased recently, to the point where every run has at least one timeout.

Here are the issues currently open, which are basically this issue:

I am rebooting the bot, and trying to reproduce on a local mac machine.
