Consider Nova Engine as an experimental backend

Hi folks!

I know that deno is currently running using the V8 engine (C++) as its backend. I came across another engine called Nova which uses Rust. It currently passes ~80% of the test262 suite for ECMAScript compatibility and it may be worth considering using it as an alternative backend under an experimental flag.

I run some benchmarks with it through andromeda, it is super slow, like 100 times slower than node, for me.
