Describe the bug

I tried replicating the instructions from the following article in .Net 5 all the way up to the section "Entity Framework Core" and clicking on "Privacy" in the MvcClient always generates the error: invalid_request Invalid redirect_uri

Is there any updates to the above article?
Is there any Microsoft Documentation on creating stand-alone IdentityServer4?
