As of https://github.com/dotnet/aspnetcore/pull/53154/files#diff-d4afc4f582f69df7ff4982d51005eccab7095104d76fcdaaca98b89f70249fd4R50, we're skipping SignalR tests using Firefox on MacOS. After the MacOS-12 images updated from using Firefox 120 to 121, the tests started failing with:

09 01 2024 00:19:37.630:INFO [launcher]: Starting browser FirefoxHeadless
09 01 2024 00:19:37.680:ERROR [launcher]: Cannot start FirefoxHeadless
