Fixes an issue where Cecil would attempt to load tye type
`Android.Cecil.Mdb.MdbReaderProvider, Xamarin.Android.Cecil.Mdb`
instead of the (actually existing) type
`Mono.Cecil.Mdb.MdbReaderProvider, Xamarin.Android.Cecil.Mdb`.
