Once a GA build candidate is available, it should be built and compared to output of the official GA build to ensure that all components are included as expected and that all versions are stabilized and correct.

I have this "PR" to look at the diff and track issues that have been filed for sections of it:

[Triage] comparison was completed and individual issues were logged for items to investigate/fix.
