Challenges submission fails with docker in rootless mode

System Version: Ubuntu 20.10
Kernel Version: Linux 5.8.0-45-generic
Model Name: Thinkpad X230
Model Identifier: 232577G
Processor Name: Intel Core i7-3520M CPU
Python: 3.8.6
Docker version: 18.03.0-ce, build 0520e24

Reproduction steps:

• Setup docker in rootless mode
• dts challenges submit --challenge aido-hello-sim-validation
• Submission failure

Workaround:

• Switch out of rootless mode

Logs:

• shell-debug-info.txt
• logs.txt

None of what we have is supported in rootless mode.
This seems something we should investigate and work on after the first edition of the MOOC.
