network issues when attempting to boot up duckiebot

I have a DB21J duckiebot and have followed all steps and troubleshooting regarding the duckiebot not showing up after the dts fleet discover command.

I followed the troubleshooting instructions to navigate to the etc/wpa_supplicant.conf file and view and edit the networks listed here. However no such file exists. Why is this? Could this be causing my underlying issue?
