[Lens] Improve axis title settings UX #196330

Description

@nickofthyme

Describe the feature:

Currently, in Lens the axis title can be controlled in two locations.

The first location being the vix toolbar which has the highest control. This can be set to None, Custom or Auto.

If this is set to Auto, the title defaults to the name of the datasource dimension.

Users tend to get confused by this when the axis title is set to a custom value in the toolbar and thus, changing the name of the datasource has not affect on the title.

With the newly added inline Lens editor, this confusion is compounded, as the toolbar options are often overlooked/hidden in the compact editor form.

Describe a specific use case for the feature:

Make this overall UX better.

Not sure if that would be hints on the datasource dimension name when the title is being overwritten or better placement of toolbar options. Like a warning icon with some way of telling the user where the axis title is being set.

Or even incorporate the toolbar options in a separate section and in a non-toolbar design and more of a form design.
