I want to change the payment account in advance to avoid any issues when the subscription is reactivated in the future. However, there is currently no registered account. Will it be possible to enter the payment account later when the subscription is reactivated?

You can enter all required details, including country, VAT number, and more, during the payment process. It’s best to do this at that stage, as some information will be more limited for editing after payment. However, the address can be updated at any time.
