Optionnal fields for PATCH

Hello,

I was using an OpenAPI client generator when I noticed PATCH methods where the same as PUT method in the OpenAPI.

I would have like that in the request body of a PATCH method fields could be optionnal what do you think of it ?

I have wrote a fix for my application here telle me what you think of it
