Improve Inline docs and output for Exposed Metadata Display Entities Example URLS #254

What?
Few unexplained things.
- If you have no published nodes when going to http://localhost:8001/admin/config/archipelago/metadataexpose you will see "No Content Matches this endpoint". That is by design since we only generate (silly but safe) Example URLS for published ADOs. So adding a note there would be great
- We should also still output the format out as not clickable link if this is the case
- We should limit the Bundle Listing (when configuring) to only ADO Bundles.
