Improve Advanced Search interactions on Modal Exposed Form Block #476

What?
Advanced Search is a complex filter. We have done nothing specific before to hide it as a whole/show it as a whole and our current practice of hiding Select/Text is bad for that filter, either it is shown completely or not.
Also, When autosubmit is enabled (needed for the Sorts) any change in the advanced search will trigger submits. Bad idea.
So. The upcoming pull adds new settings for the Modal Exposed form, enriches the Render Array generated by the Advanced Search filter so we can filter out/show via the modal block and also improves the JS we ship for autosubmit so we don't end acting on Field/Operator, etc changes.
