Option to 'Hide Viewer in presence of Embargo' Needed for Additional Viewers/Formatters

What's needed?

The option to 'Hide the Viewer in the presence of an Embargo' is not currently provided for all Viewer/Formatter types.

What Viewers/Formatters could this be added to?

• Audio Player
• Video Player
• PDF Viewer
  • Oral History with Multiple Media *relates to three distinct Viewers/Formatters above
• 3D Viewer
• Panorama Viewer
• Warc Replay.Web Widget

You can still effectively Embargo objects without this option to 'Hide the Viewer', as long as you configure the corresponding IIIF Exposed Metadata Endpoint as noted in our Embargo and Access Restriction documentation guide Step 3. Setup your embargo configurations.

@alliomeria I need to extend this issue to also

• Hide Blocks (e.g collection listings/views) if the collection is embargoed. This applies to Facet blocks too and because I am a lone dev I will (if you are ok) also tackle Additional option/method for Embargo configuration #497 via this one?

@alliomeria while working on this ISSUE, I remembered (and checked my code) that for all non IIIF driven (via manifest) viewers the default action is already to hide the viewer on Embargo if embargoed. But bypass IF there is an alternate File Key.
This is just a note. I am adding the actual checkbox, but I will have to explain via help/text/description there that better bc the checkbox adds now another layer. Hope this makes sense. But the key is "Viewers" are already protected (in case someone panics!)
