OSD viewer when not using Manifest and overriding Configurations JS issue

What?

JS spread operation can't work on a non existing value/NULL. Adds a check. This only happens when not using a Manifest for OSD and also having multiple images + overrides.

Resolved (for now) via caa6c23

Should be OK but I can't really recall WHY I decided to use a spread operator for that "simpler" manifest push thing.
