Date Range Facet "Use the real facet max/min instead of the User selected input" disabled does not affect Full Date Entry

@patdunlavey regarding your request of using previous human submitted Input instead of real data from the facet range as an option

We have "Use the real facet max/min instead of the User selected input". IF that is disabled, then (wait for it) the slider and the year manual input will respect the user's choices,

as seen here:

BUT: the full year is still using the timestamp max/min from the results (wrong). Could you confirm locally? Am I missing somewhere else something?

@patdunlavey Notice how in the current implementation, The slider will allow the user to move back to the original value, but will be set (min/max) on the REAL values. So even if the manual "input" might reflect the user submission, a blind "update" will reduce / send a query against the real values... also the histogram start/end are of the real values ...

maybe I need another setting that A) moves all input out of the "results" real and B) adds 0 before/after the histogram to fill the complete thing using the user provided range?
