More IIIF based Thumbnail generators #58

What is needed?
Our IIIF approach on getting thumbnails is great. But we want more Media types to be affected.
Since we have plenty of as:mediatype options, lets extend the IIIF approach for video, for PDFs and deal with other strange formats via the current fallback or even an optional URL in the metadata.
I want also a fallback that uses large Font-awesome icons. Fonts are fast. Way faster than images.
