npm start fail and changes not watching

Steps to Reproduce

1. I've created a little app, here : https://github.com/MarieComet/marie-todolist, write some code, and suddenly the app does not start anymore with npm start

After that, I deleted package-lock.json and node_modules from my project, and run npm install again.
I started my app again, without error this time, but since that, changes are not detected (browser don't refresh automatically, and manually freshing browser do not reflect changes).
